  • ½ cup of feta cheese (100 g)
  • 10 cherry tomatoes

Preparation:
First pass the flour through a colander and add the salt.
Then add butter using your hands to soften.
Then add the yolk and water to start kneading.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Wrap the dough with something plastic and let stand for one hour in the refrigerator.
