Traditional Shoyu Ramen Recipe!

It is the name of the noodles in Japan cuisine, which is of Chinese origin and served in soup. It is usually made with broth and served with top ingredients such as sliced meat, dried seaweed, kamaboko, green onions and even corn. Almost every region or island in Japan has its own variety of ramen.

This food is one of the most popular dishes of Asian cuisine. The flavor and nutritional value of the pasta soup ramen flavored with soy sauce and ginger is multiplied with meat and eggs. If you can find a special ramen pasta, otherwise you can make a normal noodle or spaghetti pasta ramen’i can also be differentiated according to your taste.

Ingredients for Recipe

400 grams of chicken
1 pack of ramen (also can use noodles)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
2 eggs
4-5 onions
2 cloves
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon of salt

For the above:
4-5 onions (green parts to be used) 100 grams of soy sprouts

If you can’t find a ramen, you can try our recipe using fresh pasta, noodles or spaghetti.

How to make Ramen Recipe?

Put the chickens in a saucepan. Add 2 cups of water on top.

Add the garlic, ginger, green onion and salt and boil for 30 minutes until the chickens are tender.

Then remove the boiled chicken from the water. Click or cut to any shape and size. Filter the water and put it in another pot.

Transfer the soy sauce and sesame oil into the water. Boil this water for 15 minutes.

Put 2 cups of water in a separate pot and boil. When it starts to slide, add the ramen and add the baking powder. Cook until the ramen is tender.

Filter the ramen and put it into a bowl. Take a few scoops of boiling water with soy sauce. Place boiled eggs, spring onions and boiled chicken on it. Finally add soy sprouts and serve.
