CHEESE SOUP – GERMANY

This soup, which is extremely easy to make, is widely consumed in Germany.

Ingredients (for 6 people)

  • 3 tablespoons butter,
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic,
  • 3 tablespoons of flour,
  • 1 cup cream cheese,
  • 1 cup cream,
  • half teaspoon grated nutmeg,
  • 4 cups of water,
  • salt, pepper.
  • Over; 1 cup of chopped spring onions.

Preparation:
 In butter, flour and garlic roast until pink. Add the water and spices, stir and cook for 15 minutes. Add cream and cream cheese, mix until completely smooth. Sprinkle with onions and serve.

Your soup is ready 🙂

PICKLED SOUP – POLAND

Ingredients (for 6 people)

  •  4 potatoes,
  • 1 nectarine,
  •  1 celery,
  • 1 piece of carrot,
  • 2 cups of pickled cucumber or pickled pepper,
  • 2 tablespoons of butter,
  • 1 cup cream,
  • 1 tea cup chopped dill,
  • 5 cups of water,
  • salt, pepper.

Preparation:

Roast the cube chopped vegetables with butter. Grate the potatoes and add to the saucepan and sauté. Add the water and chopped pickles. Cook the soup until the vegetables are softening. Add the cream and spices to the soup. Sprinkle with dill and serve.

GINGER FISH SOUP – THAILAND

Ingredients(for 6 people)

  • 2 cups of milk,
  • 400 g. fish fillet with white meat (sea bream, sea bass etc.)
  • 1 tea cup of fresh mint,
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut,
  • 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger,
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander,
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic,
  •  1 teaspoon black pepper,
  •  1 bitter ornamental pepper,
  • 1 lemon zest,
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce,
  • 3 cups of water.

Preparation:
Put the coconuts in the milk and keep in the refrigerator overnight. Sauté garlic, pepper and ginger in oil, add water and spices to a boil. Fishless and skinless fish, add spices, cook for 7-8 minutes. Bring to a boil by adding fresh mint, lemon peel, spices and filtered milk to coconut. Add the soy sauce and serve.

CAULIFLOWER SOUP WITH CURRY-INDIA

Ingredients(for 6 people)

  • 1 kg of cauliflower,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil,
  • 1 nectarine,
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic,
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder,
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric,
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin,
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander,
  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger,
  • 1 tablespoon chili peppers,
  • 1 glass of water Milk,
  • 5 cups of water, salt.

Preparation:
Cook diced onions, garlic, ginger and cumin in oil. Add the split cauliflower to pieces and sauté. Pour the spices and juice and cook until the cauliflower is tender. When the soup is cooked, add the milk and serve.

Your soup is ready 🙂

SOUP WITH MEAT AND APRICOT – GEORGIA

Ingredients (for 6 people)

  • 2 veal shank,
  • 2 nectarine,
  • 2 carrots,
  • 1 tomato,
  • 1 potato,
  • 1 cup chopped dried apricots,
  •  2 tablespoons of butter,
  • 1 tea cup chopped parsley,
  • 1 tea cup chopped dill,
  • salt, pepper,
  •  7-8 cups of water.

Preparation:
Boil the meat with water, one diced onion, carrot, parsley and coriander until tender. Put the butter in a separate pot and chop the remaining onion into cubes. Sauté the chopped tomatoes. Separate the boiled meat from the bones and add to the water with the tomato mixture which you roast together. Add the chopped apricots, spices and potatoes to the cubes and cook until the potato softens. Sprinkle with dill and serve.
