Miracle From Mexico: Fajitas Recipe!

Fajitas, a dish of Mexican origin. When I first ate it, I thought it was the best meat dish in the world. Then I thought why I don’t make this super dinner at home (I mean, I really love this dish or I don’t think so much on it 🙂 and I started practicing.

Of course I made the recipe based on my previous restaurant experience. The main rule is to sauté meat, pepper and onions.
The main point is to serve with cast iron pans on a wooden plate, but don’t worry if you don’t have a ceiling, you can serve on tortilla bread. I highly recommend you try it.

Ingredients of Fajitas:

  • 300 g. beef
  • 300 g chicken meat
  • Bell pepper california (yellow, red, green)
  • 2 medium onions
  • liquid oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons vinegar
  • Red pepper
  • thyme
  • tortilla
  • Fabrication:
  • Taste the steak and chicken meat that we have thinned in the butcher with salt and pepper.
  • Peel garlic and finely chop (you can grate).
  • Take the chopped meat into a large bowl, add the garlic, vinegar, all the spices and 1 tea glass of oil and marinate for 2 hours.
  • Remove the seeds from the peppers and chop them together with the onions.
  • Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan (wok pan is good), sauté the peppers and onions gently.
  • Take the vegetables from the stove with a slight stiffness before fully cooked.
  • Cook the marinated meats in the cast iron pan.
  • Put the sauteed vegetables on 2 serving plates. Chop the cooked meat on the vegetables by chopping julian.
  • Heat the tortillas and serve very hot with salsa sauce, sour cream and avocado sauce.
