- For Meatballs:
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tea cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 400 grams of ground beef
- For Lavash:
- 5.5 cups of flour
- 2 cups of warm water
- 1 pack instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- For Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 teaspoon pepper paste
- 1 bowl of garlic yogurt

Using warm water will shorten the fermentation process, especially in winter.
For instant yeast, the activation time is not needed, as is the case for wet yeast and dry yeast. Therefore, you can directly add to the dough.

To cook lavash, you can lubricate your ceiling with the help of a napkin and bake it in a light greasy pan.
How to make Beyti Kebabı Recipe?
Preparation of Lavash:
Sift the flour into a bowl and add all the ingredients so that the last salt is added.
Knead to a smooth consistency.
Knead the dough in a portion of 30 g of the garnish.
Cover the portioned dough gently with a damp cloth or stretch film.
Thin fermented dough with a roller and finely floured.
Cook the doughs you have thinned in oil-free teflon pan or on the plate and let them cool down.
Preparation of Sauce:
Melt the butter.
Add tomato and pepper paste.
Add the water and stir until bubbling for 1-2 minutes.
Set the oven to 180 degrees.
Sprinkle the onion and garlic and strain the juice.
Put the ground beef in a bowl. Add the onion and garlic and mix gently. Add the breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil and spices.
Knead so that all ingredients mix together. Wrap in a stretch film and let stand for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Place the rested meatballs on the greased paper baking tray by thinning them (kebabs).
If you wish, you can cook at this stage by arranging bottles.
Cook the meatballs thoroughly.
Wrap the cooked meatballs in the lavashes you have prepared before and slice them into round rings if you wish.
Index the kebabs you have sliced onto the plate. If you want, you can bake for 5-10 minutes without laying it on the plate.
