Meat and chicken with sauce are the first choice for our meals because they are all showy, tasty and easy to make. In this article, we will talk about the mushroom sauce which is one of the most suitable sauces for meat and chicken meals and the schnitzel which has become delicious with the mushroom sauce. Yes, our food is “Schnitzel With Mushroom Sauce!”
- 4 pieces chicken breast steak
- 1 cup of milk (200 ml)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs or chicken pane
- 300 gr tiny mushrooms. (if not tiny, you would cut it)
- 1 pack (200ml) of milk cream
- 4 pieces of pepper
- 1 pinch of thyme
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (if available)
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
Preparation of Schnitzel With Mushroom Sauce:
(you can cook the sauce while the chickens are resting)
Add sugar and salt to 1 cup milk and mix. Place the mixture and chicken breasts on a plate and let rest for 20-30 minutes. (If you are in a hurry, you can do that for 10 minutes.) Dip the rested chickens in breadcrumbs and make sure they are completely covered. Deep-fry the chickens you’ve covered with pane.
Wash and clean the mushrooms. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and cooking mushrooms until the water of mushrooms are released,and add the sliced peppers into the pan.When the peppers are cooked, add soy sauce, balsamic, sugar, salt, pepper and cook for another minute and add the milk cream. Cook until the cream boils a little. (But don’t hold too long)
Take the fried chicken on a plate, spread the sauce over the chicken and serve with parsley and black pepper.(Your choice:) )
