Carrots in a Cartouche OR carrots cooked in the bag, to you and me! This is one of Jamie’s old school recipes from the Return of the Naked Chef, and it is such a delicious side dish for really any time of the year. When cooking this way the carrots stay succulent and sweet but balanced by the savouriness of the tiny pinch of cumin and thyme. Perfect as a side with a roast, but even great with a BBQ. Get cartouchin’!
